You will fall in love with Mesa Desert Oasis, our beautiful, exquisitely furnished, custom ranch home with an attached casita and situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The backyard is a private and pristine oasis of appealing amenities that include a heated lagoon pool, spa, not one but 2 propane grills, a gas fire pit, a wood burning fireplace, many chaises and a covered patio with cushioned dining furniture, TV, beverage fridge and Sonos stereo. The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F.

Recreational opportunities abound as our home is supplied with 3 bikes, a putting green, a basketball hoop and corn hole and horseshoe games. Private pool deck offers spectacular city and sunset views. Both front and back yards are professionally landscaped and compliment home's southwestern appeal. With all the upgrades and additions, guests who have previously stayed here will feel like they are renting a new vacation home. Yes, you're going to LOVE our home!

~ STYLISH SPACES ~
Chic entrance way with elegant water feature welcomes you to open and stylish home that has been recently updated to feature a more modern look. Great room has comfy seating to watch smart TV or enjoy warmth of electric fireplace. A grand pool table invites our land sharks to improve their best pocket shots.

Attractive and fully stocked kitchen has an island for preparing and serving delectable cuisine and a bar for mixing favorite drinks. A wine fridge has been added for our wine enthusiasts. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. The breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen is encircled with large windows and offers views of the backyard oasis. The more formal dining room is a lovely place to wine and dine with your favorite people. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The attached casita is a stand alone domicile with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, fully stocked kitchen and a bath with a walk in shower.

~ SWEET DREAMS in MESA ~
Our home has 6 bedrooms with 8 beds and 2 sofa beds plus 5 bathrooms. The modern primary suite features a king bed, sofa bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV and en suite bath that includes a sunken jetted garden tub, separate glass shower and dual vanity sinks. Doors in the primary suite open to porch and pool deck for a midnight rendezvous in the pool or spa. Large walk-in closet has a desk and chair for your remote work.

Bedrooms 2, 4 and 5 have king beds; Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds. Bedroom 5 has 2 king beds, a secluded sitting area plus a large desk with a chair for remote work. ALL bedrooms have Smart TVs and ample storage space. A Jack and Jill bath between Bedrooms 2 and 3 has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a private bath with a walk-in shower. The fourth bath is not attached to a bedroom and features a tub/shower combination for guests staying in Bedroom 5. Brand new linens and towels have been added throughout the home. A hair dryer and soap are stocked.

~ TECHNOLOGY TREATS ~
Home has been updated with the best residential high speed Internet available from COX Communications. Guests can easily stream their personal apps from their phones and TVs. The casita, porch and great room also have smart TVs.

~ EXCITING EXTRAS ~
Dedicated laundry room is completely equipped to keep clothes ready for your next adventure and another washer and dryer set has been added to the garage. Garage also has spaces for 2 vehicles and your recreational gear. Parking of RVs, trailers and boats may be permitted with advanced approval in writing from Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Hiking and biking trails are practically at your doorstep and minutes away are attractions and recreational activities that include golf, water sports, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, remarkable sightseeing and more. Popular destinations that are a short commute from home are Usery Mountain Regional Park, Mesa Market Place Swap Meet, the Salt River, Riverview and Sloan Parks, Cubs spring training, Tempe Town Lake, Old Scottsdale and Gilbert Riparian Preserve.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 16 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of sixteen (16).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed six (6) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

Spa heating only with no pool heating is $30.00 per night October 1 through May 31. There is usually a 4 night minimum.

ALL TVs are for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
